ANS: A
The OR should be as quite as possible except for team communication. Examples of noise come from monitors, instruments, suction, loud talking, music, paper, gloves, and high-pitched power instruments.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: C
Glutaraldehyde is the least toxic sterilizing agent, but the fumes of the liquid form can be irritating to the eyes, nose, and throat. Contact dermatitis and hives also have been reported as side effects.
