Answer to Question 1

F

Answer to Question 2

D
Maintaining the client in seclusion is a violation of the client's rights. As stated in the bill of rights for clients, the client has the right to freedom from restraint and seclusion. Reducing the sensory stimulation in the environment, although appearing to be similar, is much less restrictive and does not violate the client's rights.
