Answer to Question 1

B
Clients who have had a myocardial infarction often believe sexual intercourse will cause another
heart attack. These clients should receive information about when sexual activity may begin,
positions that conserve energy, and so forth. Option A: The scenario does not suggest self-esteem
disturbance. Options C and D: The scenario pinpoints sexual dysfunction rather than suggests
disturbed body image.

Answer to Question 2

A 2004 research study indicates regularly eating breakfast improves energy, mood, memory, and
feelings of calmness. Option A is inappropriate because option C should be tried. Option B: No
evidence exists that this would be of help. Option D: No evidence exists that this suggestion would
help the client.
