Answer to Question 1

ANS: 1
Option 2, 3, and 4 are all good sleep hygiene. Option 1 is incorrect since physical exercise before bed is not helpful for sleep, and therefore more teaching is needed.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: 4
Options 1, 2, and 3 are all positive strategies to help with OSA. Sedating substances like alcohol seem to exacerbate the problem, so option 4 indicates that more education is needed in this case.
