This irrational belief is often the basis for procrastination and indecision. It is related to the cli-ent's need for perfection. The other options are not relevant for a client with this particular per-sonality disorder.

Answer to Question 2

There is a need for more research relating genetics and brain dysfunction to the personality dis-orders. While there are some biologic markers, none of the other options are true yet.
