Answer to Question 1

ANS: 2
This response directly addresses the concern the client has expressed. Option 1 offers meaning-less reassurance. Option 3 does not explain the desired drug action. Option 4 makes an unwar-ranted assumption.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: 3
Option 1 is incorrect because it is likely that a change to night work could influence mood. Op-tion 2 is incorrect because medication does not always cure depression. Option 3 is correct be-cause sleep influences mood, and option 4 is incorrect because there is no set time for adjustment.
