Agranulocytosis is a life-threatening adverse effect of Clozaril. WBC counts should be monitored frequently due to extremely low levels of white blood cells. Weight gain occurs with certain antipsychotics. Palpitations and hemorrhage are not generally associated with antipsychotics.
