Cytoplasmic inclusions are specific types of cells. Kurloff bodies are unique to guinea pigs, the purpose is unknown.

Answer to Question 2

Rabbits are carriers of Bordetella, a bacterial disease that can be transmitted to guinea pigs. Guinea pigs rarely survive.
