The safety guidelines to follow when constructing a fence are to make sure the fence line is cleared of
all brush before construction begins; wear protective clothing; never stand in the direct line of a wire
that is being stretched; never use a tractor to stretch wire; stand clear of any power machines; and keep
the work area free of clutter.
