Answer to Question 1

B

Answer to Question 2

Ferrous metals come from iron ore. Ferrous metals rust very easily and must be protected by coatings
that resist corrosion. Nonferrous metals do not contain iron, and they are more expensive than ferrous
metals on a per weight basis. Nonferrous metals are used extensively in industry and agricultural
mechanics.
