Answer to Question 1

As a general rule, you should try to avoid using the words always or never. But in the case of guns, always is
OK. Always treat a gun as if it is loaded because it might be. Every year children are killed by unloaded guns.
Safe handling of guns is the right habit to develop, at all times, even when the gun is unloaded.
