Answer to Question 1

When interviewing for a job, it is important to describe your personal goals as a way of
ensuring that you are a good match for the position, as well as communicating to your
future employer how you envision your role now and in the future within that company
or within the horticulture industry. It is best to allow the interviewer to take the lead
and ask you this question, rather than stating it on your own. However, if you feel
strongly about the position, you may work this into some of your responses as it feels
natural or appropriate.

Answer to Question 2

Answers will vary, but suggestions for why is important to exceed a client's expectations
while working on a job include the fact that the client will be more likely to hire you or
your company again in the future and recommend you to other future customers, as well
as a sense of pride at going above and beyond your best.
