Meat must be cooked thoroughly to kill the bacteria that may be present.

Answer to Question 2

Food can be contaminated by insects that carry microorganisms that transmit disease.
Foreign particles or anything that interferes with the purity of the food can also cause
contamination. Another way that food is contaminated is by pesticide residues
