Answer to Question 1

Catfish are popular because they can be cooked in a variety of ways. They also fit well
into farming operations because they are hardy fish that can tolerate a low oxygen
content in water.

Answer to Question 2

Fish are very efficient farm animals because a pound of weight can be put on these
animals with smaller amounts of feed than other agricultural animals.
