Answer to Question 1

It helps assure worker safely by making it a law that all employers keep track of and report work-related deaths, injuries, and illnesses. It also requires investigation of employee

complaints related to pesticide use, accidental poisoning, or re-entry into a pesticide-treated

area before it is permissible to do so.

Answer to Question 2

It regulates the maximum environmental concentration of pesticides that might affect endangered species. The agency can restrict the use of pesticides that could jeopardize endangered species.
