Answer to Question 1

D
There are several types of loss. Actual loss is perceived by others, such as a death of a loved one or theft. Perceived loss occurs when a sense of loss is felt by an individual but is not tangible to others. Physical loss is the loss of an extremity or permanent injury. Psychological loss is the feeling of inadequacy that some women might feel after menopause.
