Answer to Question 1

B
The young adulthood period is a critical precursor of future well-being and development. Plans, behaviors, and decisions made during this time profoundly affect both the quality and length of one's current and future life.

Answer to Question 2

C
Egalitarian family power is power shared between family members. This is an increasingly observed form of family power in the United States. Chaotic family power is the absence of power structure within a family structure. The family process is dysfunctional. Complementary family power requires a dominion-submission dynamic within the family structure. In this family power type, healthy families are characterized by parents having a clear power advantage that their children recognize and accept. There is not a democratic family power type.
