After a physician discusses cancer treatment options with a patient, the patient asks the nurse which treatment he should choose. Which response by the nurse is best?
 
  1) If I were you, I'd choose chemotherapy.
  2) You should choose radiation therapy.
  3) Why don't you see what your wife thinks.
  4) I'll give you some information about each option.
