Judaism prohibits the mixing of milk or dairy products with meat dishes, and the beef lasagna has both meat and cheese in it.
Vegetable soup would not be restricted.
Chicken pot pie would not be restricted.
Scrambled eggs would not be restricted.

Answer to Question 2

D
The provider wrote for the medication to be given for a fever. Hemophilia is a bleeding disorder; therefore, antiplatelets would be contraindicated. Although it can be used for inflammatory problems and pain, this is not what the order was written for.
