Answer to Question 1

ANS: A
The social models focus on community-based services, and the other models do not.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: B
Health care needs many times are not met by one discipline. When a collaborative effort is used, the patient is better served. Health care is not available for everyone, nor is it meeting the needs of the homeless population. Health care needs are worldwide, not just in third world countries.
