Answer to Question 1

ANS: 3
Touch is a primal need, as necessary as food, growth, or shelter. This answer is the only option that attempted to provide an acceptable solution for the family member's problem.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: 3
People typically respond to their environment according to the way they perceive it, as well as by their own visualizations and expectancies. Therefore individuals learn to regulate themselves by selecting appropriate visualizations and expectations. The remaining options do not allow the cli-ent to control the selection process.
