Transpersonal communication is interaction that occurs within a per-son's spiritual domain while intrapersonal communication, self-talk or self-instruction provides a mental rehearsal for difficult tasks or situations so individuals are able to deal with them more effectively. Nonverbal communication includes all five senses and everything that does not in-volve the spoken or written word.
