Answer to Question 1

d

Answer to Question 2

B
The adolescent patient should be monitored for suicidal thinking. Although the incidence is low, a social history should be obtained, and the patient should be closely monitored, because cases of suicide have been reported for adolescents take atomoxetine.
Nausea, vomiting, and difficulty sleeping also can occur, but these are not the most important considerations for adolescents with an increased risk of suicidal ideation.
Atomoxetine does not cause euphoria.
