Ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin are the only two fluoroquinolones approved for use in children.

Answer to Question 2

A, D
Bacitracin and Polymyxin B are both topical antibiotics. Daptomycin, ofloxacin, and rifampin are not formulated to be administered topically.
