Answer to Question 1

B
Rules for sleep fitness recommend getting out of bed if unable to fall asleep in 20 minutes and doing something relaxing and then returning to bed when drowsy. Eating a large meal will in-crease insomnia. Drinking alcohol helps some people to fall asleep but causes fragmented sleep. Taking a nap reduces feelings of drowsiness at bedtime.

Answer to Question 2

B
Induction of labor in patients of high parity (five or more pregnancies) carries a high risk of ute-rine rupture, and oxytocin should be used with great caution. Oxytocin infusions should be in-terrupted for contractions that last longer than 1 minute. Contractions that occur more often than every 2 to 3 minutes are a concern. Mild to moderate pain is normal with contractions. A resting intrauterine pressure greater than 15 to 20 mm Hg is a concern.
