The disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD) category of antimalarials may cause visual changes, GI upset, skin rash, headaches, photosensitivity, and bleaching of hair. Eighth cranial nerve damage and stomatitis are associated with gold therapy. Hirsutism is associated with corticosteroid therapy.
