Praziquantel and ivermectin are readily absorbed from the GI tract. Mebendazole, pyrantel, and albendazole are not.

Blood pressure is maintained by stimulus from the sympathetic system and reflex control of blood volume and pressure by the reninangiotensin system and the aldosteroneADH system. The difference between the systolic and the diastolic readings does nothing to control blood pressure. The capacitance system does not regulate blood pressure.
