When should antiplatelet drugs be administered?
 
  a. With or just after a meal
  b. At bedtime to prevent light-headedness
  c. At the same time as an oral antacid
  d. One hour before or 2 hours after a meal

A patient who received the thrombolytic drug alteplase (Activase) asks why continuous heparin is now infusing intravenously. What is your best response?
