Answer to Question 1

THE LOWER THE RESPONSE RATE, THE LESS THE RESULTS CAN BE GENERALIZED TO THE POPULATION AS A WHOLE, DUE TO BIAS. THOSE WHO FEEL STRONGLY ABOUT AN ISSUE ARE THE MOST LIKELY TO RESPOND.

Answer to Question 2

THE SURVEY RESULTS WILL LIKELY BE BIASED BECAUSE THE SURVEY TAKERS HAVE TO SKIP PEOPLE IN THE SAMPLE WHO WERE NOT HOME ON THE DAY/NIGHT OF THE SURVEY (THIS COULD BE A LARGE GROUP).
