Answer to Question 1

Passive and active heating systems use solar energy to heat air or water that is used in heating systems. A storage medium such as water or rocks are used to store the extra heat. Solar lighting systems may be as simple as windows and more complex as solar tube lighting systems.

Answer to Question 2

Site issues include environmental issues, visual issues, zoning and code issues, electrical power and connection issues.
