Refrigerant lines and joints properly assembled Lines supported and braced
Look for any metal to metal contact points

Refrigerant lines should not come into direct contact with concrete.

Answer to Question 2

The EPA recommends circulating warm water through the chiller to raise the evaporator pressure.
