If supply registers are used as balancing dampers they will produce excessive noise in the space.

Answer to Question 2

These higher-pressure refrigerants will cause the copper pipe to expand slightly as the pressure inside the pipe increases. As the pressure decreases, the pipe contracts. This cyclical expansion can cause a stress fracture if the joint is not completely filled with brazed metal.
