Variable frequency drive which is used for controlling the rotational speed of an electric motor by controlling the frequency of the electrical power supplied to it.

Answer to Question 2

By using a headmaster valve, regulating condenser fan speed for an air cooled condenser, and regulating water flow for a water cooled condenser.
