A properly trained and certified HVACR technician should be able to communicate with the building owner and the occupants how the interacting systems of a building affect indoor air quality.

Answer to Question 2

To achieve acceptable indoor air quality, the air's temperature, humidity, and velocity may need to be conditioned and pollutants must be removed.
