Answer to Question 1

Bubble point is the temperature where small bubbles first start to form in saturated liquid. Dew point is the temperature where small droplets of liquid first start to form in a saturated gas.

Answer to Question 2

The suction pressure would be very low, possibly in a vacuum. The superheat and subcooling would both be high. The system would not cool.
