Answer to Question 1

The project contract administration models that could be used on construction projects are single prime, separate prime, construction management, and design/build.

Answer to Question 2

Contract agreements are used to legally bind parties to the terms of contracts. They are part of engineering and construction contracts and when they are signed they signify that the parties have read, and that they understand, the terms and conditions of the contract.
