A qualified and licensed physician who is competent in all of the medical aspects of working under compressed air and in the treatment of decompression-related illnesses must be retained and available. Employees must be deemed physically capable of undertaking work under compressed air by physician. Have a fully stocked first aid station at each tunnel project and an ambulance must be available.
