1. Limit compaction of Greenfield sites. (Do not disturb the earth beyond 40 feet from the edge of the building, 10 feet beyond impervious parking and sidewalk surfaces, and 25 feet beyond any pervious surfaces.)
2. On previously developed sites, restore at least 50 percent of the site with plants that are native to the area.
