Answer: Privilege refers to the unearned advantages not afforded to all, whereas oppression refers to the unearned disadvantages imposed on a minority by those who are part of a dominant culture.

2. Allow oneself to experience regret or remorse that mobilizes redress.
3. Make restitution in direct and indirect ways.
4. Take action to prevent recurrence of the ethical infraction.
