Answer to Question 1

The integrated approach to psychotherapy is described in four categories biological influences, social influences, psychological influences and emotional and cognitive influences.
Biological vulnerability is referred to inherited predispositions and the influence of human behavior.
Psychological vulnerability refers emotional and personality factors that affect development.
An individual psychological vulnerability is also an interaction between domains that influence behavior and faulty cognitions that are reinforced or diminished through interactions. Meanwhile, social vulnerability includes diminished feelings of well-being when one does not have social support.
