 The rationale for the holistic approach is that career and personal concerns should be dealt separately.
 what is being suggested is a holistic approach that is more exclusive in addressing clients concerns.
 By expanding the career counseling the counselors can address some of the clients concerns and the inner conflicts that restrict or interfere with career choice and development.
