(3) managing ourselves / our time

List two benefits and one cost (drawback) of co-teaching:
Any two of the following benefits-
(1) increased flexibility to meet academic needs of students
(2) the sharing of materials, ideas and energy increases each co-teacher's innovative capacity
(3) increased ability to fluidly change student groupings
(4) they are better able to respond to other student needs
Any two of the following costs/drawbacks-
(1) increase in planning time requirements
(2) successful co-teaching relies on consensus between co-teachers on acceptable routines,
procedures, rules, discipline, and grading practices. It takes time to reach consensus
