Answers will vary. Most likely students will choose an issue such as right to life, inclusion, employment discrimination, rights to family and children. A strong answer will include the students clear explanation of the issue, an example of the issue that illustrates why it is important, steps that could be taken to resolve it (either from a personal or a societal perspective), and how it relates to education.
