Answer to Question 2

Viruses are the tiniest, and probably the simplest, organisms.
Parasites need to live on or in a host to survive.
Fungi are molds or yeast and can be beneficial or harmful.
Bacteria are single-celled organisms that are the greatest threat to food safety.
