Fatty acid molecules that are unsaturated contain what are known as double bonds.

Answer to Question 2

Triglycerides, fatty acids, phospholipids, some pigments, some vitamins, and cholesterol are classified as lipids. Lipids include fats and oils from both plants and animals, and are soluble in organic solvents.
