How would you use the USDA Nutrient Database to manage nutrient intake?

Which has more calciuma cup of 1 low-fat milk or  cup 1 low-fat cottage cheese? Record values and item descriptions.

The database can be used to monitor/control the intake of calories, sodium and fat by searching for foods commonly consumed. The database also allows for comparisons between methods of preparation and fresh versus prepared foods. Nutrient content for just about any food can be found in the database.

Cheese, cottage, low-fat, 1 milkfat (1/2 cup) = 69 mg calcium More calcium in one cup of the milk.
