Answer to Question 1

greeting should be carefully chosen to put the applicant at ease; establish confidence and a free and easy talking situation; use the pronoun I sparingly; we is much better

Answer to Question 2

Phase 1: Prepare for the change by defining the management strategy and form and prepare the change management team
Phase 2: Manage the change by developing the change management plans and taking action and implementing the plans.
Phase 3: Reinforce the change by collecting and analyzing feedback, diagnosing gaps and managing resistance, implementing corrective actions and celebrating successes
Systems Thinking should be employed throughout the process. A change in one part affects all parts. Changing the form in which food is purchased will potentially affect receiving, storage, production, the menu, and service.
