Answer to Question 2

Use hot water
Moisten hands and soap thoroughly and lather to elbow
Use a brush to scrub nails and rinse
Resoap and lather, using friction for 20 seconds
Rinse thoroughly under running water
Dry hands using single-service towels or hot air dryer
