Answer to Question 1

58  24 = 1392 cc/d
1392  .25 = 348 g CHO  3.4 = 1183 kcals
1.392 L  50 g of protein/L = 69.6 g  4 kcals/g = 278
22  18 = 396  1.1 = 436 kcals

Total caloric intake = 1183 + 278 +436 = 1897 vs. 1910 planned.

Answer to Question 2

1400 cc/d + 400 cc lipids = 1800 cc/d = 1800/24 = 75 cc/h if three-in-one.

1400/24 = 58 cc/h and 400/18 =22cc/h for 18 hrs if not three-in-one. This answer will also depend on your teaching methods.
