BEE = 655+9.6  44 + 1.7  157.5 - 4.7  54
= 655 + 422.4 + 267.8 - 253.8
= 1091.4 or 1100

BEE  stress factor of 1.5 = 1100  1.5 = 1650

Ca is carried through the blood by serum albumin. This is part of the bound Ca. If serum albumin is low, you can expect total Ca to be low but not necessarily ionized Ca.
